How to order and order information: Our old on-line order system was a pain, so we made some low tech changes. Plus, we also made things a lot clearer. Hope you like it. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact us. We'll be glad to help! If get my wife, Tammy, be nice to her. She's still learning to talk gliders and electrics, but she can take orders and advise you of order status. Our best office hours are 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Indiana time, seven days a week. Ordering hints and rules Orders can be submitted by phone, fax, or e-mail. Our suggestion is to print out our order form and fill it in as you browse the on-line catalog. All types of orders (phone, fax or e-mail) require the same information, so having the form handy really helps out. After you have decided what you would like to have, you can either get the form to us via mail or fax, or you can call in or e-mail the order. If you plan on ordering via e-mail AND you plan on paying by credit card, please call us and tell us the card number. Do not include it in your e-mail. This is for your protection from cyber thugs with socket monitoring programs. All non-credit card orders placed by e-mail will be held until payment is received. All first orders paid by check will be held until the check clears. After that, we reserve the right to hold the order until the check clears. Orders that cannot be completely filled due to out of stock conditions will be held until we have received all the items necessary to complete the order. Partial shipment can be requested, but will be subject to an additional shipping charge to complete the order. Shipping for all U.S. orders is $6.25. Shipping for all foreign orders is the actual cost of shipping by your preferred method, plus $6.25. All international orders must be paid by VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or by a postal money order recognized by the United States Postal Service.

Important Note: OK, here's a little truth in advertising: Garrison Aerodrome is a one man garage based business. I do my level best to put out quality products, but my production rate is entirely based on me making time between my day job, my family, and everyday American life to cut kits and pack and ship orders. I do my best to get stuff out as fast as I can, but it does usually take some time to get things pulled together. I, therefore, have to advise you that it could take between 2 and 4 weeks for delivery from "the factory". If you want it as of yesterday, you might consider talking with one of our stocking dealers. Supporting them is part of what pushes our delivery time out so far anyway. They're great folks and they'll be glad to help you out. I will say this though: When I am working on your order, I am working FOR YOU. I am doing my level best to deliver a product that excites and delights.
